Gifts to the Saint Joseph’s Fund are put to use immediately, enabling SJU to quickly respond to evolving needs, provide emergency student assistance, pursue bold learning directions and support students with inventive ideas who promise to transform the world.
SJU’s rigorous curriculum prepares students for success in the workplace while exposing them to primary fields of inquiry and the cultural values that shape our world. Within six months, 96 percent of our graduates are employed, enrolled in graduate programs, or engaged in service programs.
A Transformative Student Experience
With more than 130 student clubs, organizations and intramural sports teams, students grow as leaders, prepared for lives of faith and purpose.
Mission & Jesuit Identity
More than 500 SJU students follow in the Ignatian tradition conducting weekly service in and around Philadelphia. Hundreds more participate in service learning and social justice projects.
Scholarships & Financial Aid
Scholarships enable SJU to attract talented, motivated students who are attracted to our Jesuit mission, regardless of financial background.
The Hawk Athletic Fund
One in ten undergraduates at SJU is a varsity athlete, championing Hawk Spirit on the playing field and in the classroom. More than 70 percent of our athletes are recognized on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for outstanding academic performance.
